Unfurl and this website are provided by Facefy LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Email nicolas@facefy.org. This page explains the service and subscriptions; the app’s license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this page.
Availability and compatibility
Unfurl is preparing for App Store release. No release date is promised. Until the official listing is linked on this website, the app cannot be downloaded here. The planned app requires a compatible iPhone and paired Apple Watch with iOS 26 and watchOS 26 or later. Relevant Health permissions, recorded Watch data and an active subscription are needed to view your personal estimates. Availability may vary by region.
Subscription plans
The planned US prices are US$1.99 per month and US$14.99 per year. Both include the same app features. There is no free trial. Prices in your currency, any applicable taxes, the subscription period and final terms are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase. This website does not sell or charge for subscriptions.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, under the terms displayed by Apple. Manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings: your name → Subscriptions → Unfurl. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation, subject to Apple’s entitlement status.
Restoring purchases and refunds
Use “Restore purchases” in Unfurl with the same Apple Account used to subscribe. Apple handles payments and refund decisions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact us if app access is not working as expected.
Wellness estimates and limitations
Stress Level and Body Energy are estimates for general wellness. They are not medical measurements and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a condition. Do not use Unfurl for emergencies or to make medical decisions without qualified advice. The app cannot identify why a stress reading is elevated or determine how you feel emotionally.
Estimates depend on recorded data, calibration, device fit and availability. The initial model was calibrated using limited data and can differ for different people. Missing Watch periods may be modeled and are labeled as estimates. Updates are subject to device and operating-system limitations. Learn more in How it works.
